The stay was perfect as always. This unit has become my go-to spot in Gouna simple, comfortable, and always consistent. Feels like a second home.

Very clean, well maintained and felt like home, very nice furnitured. Perfect location, pool right in front of the balcony. Have stayed in several apartment in the compound but this is the best, considering price quality. Very kind owner as well.

Location Cheap

Extremely dirty, dirty bed sheets, stained, dirty floors, walls, everything is dirty to the point that I had to put my clothes on the bed to sleep on them and to use them as covers. Weird insects on the bed and in the house. ACs in one room not working and the other one was leaking water. When i tried to talk to the owner about the cleanliness and the hygiene of the place and having the basic nessecities like toilet paper or soap, she was very rude and she said this is a cheap apartment, if you want something better then you have to pay extra and you can go somewhere else and she confirmed that the place was clean even though it was disastrously dirty. I dont think that the hygiene or the cleanliness of the place has anything to do with how much the place costs.
