"good, because of friends, not because of the place."

the location is nice in a secured area

the place needs to be seriously renovated. furnitures are in bad shape, the door of the fridge was loose, and difficult to open. one shelve almost fell on us. the tap of the sink was also loose. the bathroom is not in good conditions. the doors of the shower are not watertight so there is plenty of water everywhere. the flush of the toilet is leaking. once we left the place, the owner wanted to put on our back a lot of damages that were not ours.
