Cosy apartment Cardiff bay 5 mins to centre

The owner was lovely and very helpful and let us have later check out and no extra charge,the view onto the river was amazing apartment was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable,the whole place was lovely and will defo use that place again,short walk into town about 15 min walk ideal location for the arena and town centre

Stunning views of the river from all windows. Homely and comfortable inside. Facilities, pool and sauna made this stay absolutely relaxing. Host is super friendly, made us feel like home.

No microwave oven, but warmed up our food on the hob. Hard to find anything we didn’t like.

Lack of information about the check in prior the arrival - and then very, very stressful day of arrival. I emailed early morning asking about check in times etc ...then called when my son&girlfriend actually arrived there around noon and needed to know if they could park there before the check in. For that I got answer that they couldn't which was ok. But no other information until I found lots of messages - quite angry and then phone calls with private call so didn't know who called. When we managed to speak the lady was very angry and stressed that she was waiting and they didn't come and how unreliable the are etc and she kept repeating it's a no show so she will take the money and they have nowhere to stay because she needs to leave to pick up her daughter etc -and when I said ok but they can pick up the key she said no it's a no show etc..really not on! Never experienced such stress! If you want to rent a place you need to be organised,professional and flexible! Other people when they can't be there they have a box with code and we let ourselves in smoothly anytime no problems whatsaever. Not good enough to keep leaving lots of messages via booking that afternoon which I couldn't see as I was teaching all afternoon. People work, people travel, no signal, no internet ...everything should be arranged at least few days before the arrival to avoid huge stress!! Never again I am dealing with a private person although this was the first bad experience!

Had a wonderful stay and the owner was very accommodating. The apartment is in fabulous condition and perfect location in cardiff bay. Will definitely be coming back ☺️

Booked with them and rang to collect keys for spoken too like rubbish by the host and said she couldn’t meet me for the keys so I couldn’t check in and she hasn’t answered the phone to me when asking for a refund just got my number blocked
