The place looks like after complete renovation.Very clean,spacious and with everything that you need to for stay over with the whole family to be happy and to be independent. Very centrally placed with good position to any public transportation.

Door code was good, apartment relatively clean, a lot of facilities, kitchen area, washing machine, drying rack. Price good and living area great. Also nice to have a bathtub.

The temperature got up to 38degrees in our visit. The apartment was advertised as air conditioned but only had 1 unit at the front. The bedrooms were further away and the one furthest from the air con was like a sauna. They had cushion instead of pillows and the upstairs bathroom has no sink to wash hands. The distance between shower and toilet is very small. Is in a run down area.

We checked in easily with clear instructions from the owner. Clean apartment located in the ground floor. We parked for free during the weekend just outside the building. Location is surrounded by all necessary requirements and few minutes to the center. The washing machine was a plus to us.
