Pros: – Great, friendly, and clear communication through chat. – Beautiful view from the balcony — golf course, greenery, palm trees, and birds. Very peaceful and pleasant. – Beach gear provided (fins, boards, masks, chairs) — very convenient. – Having a designated parking spot right by the unit was a big plus. – Overall cozy and clean, despite the compact size

Cons: – The biggest disappointment was that the listing gives the impression this is a standalone house, but in reality, it’s a small studio-like apartment inside a two-story building with multiple similar units. – Upon entering, the first thing you see is a washing machine with rusty streaks, which was not a pleasant first impression. – Only two instant coffee packets were provided for three days — quite insufficient for two people. – Very limited toiletries — tiny bottles of shampoo and body lotion, not enough for daily use, especially after swimming in the ocean. – No sun umbrella, which felt like a missing item considering all the other beach equipment. – A day before checkout, we received a message asking us to wash the dishes, take out the trash, and strip the bedding and start laundry. While we did it all, it felt inappropriate considering the $300-per-night price tag — this should be handled by the hosts, not guests. – One night, someone ran around outside yelling “help,” causing panic and waking us up. While it may have been a prank, it was unsettling and highlighted the lack of security or surveillance on the property

Our stay was very enjoyable, the rental included beach going recreational gear, and a washer/dryer! Sweet! Communicating via email was very effective, instructions were straight forward, and there was a local number to call, in case we needed to consult with the management/owner. Overall, a very pleasant, and relaxing stay.
