That the landlord is always willing to help and very private / apartment has everything you need

Bed wasn’t clean when I got there and couch needs to be cleaned .

The gorgeous view from the balcony. The coffee machine and the little necessities, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, detergents. The fact that there was towels is a bonus. Love the bottled water in the fridge.

The view is something you need to wake up to every day. Location is right opposite the apartment, perfect perfect perfect! Wouldn't mind working from here from this location.
