USGreat location but the apartment has a few issues. (See below) Free parking was a bonus, good communication with the overseas call centre staff. The apartment is in a nice part of Windsor with only a short walk to the town centre and train station.
The biggest problem here is the paper thin walls in the apartment. There are 2 other apartment up against this apartment so one can hear absolutely everything and even from the other apartments on the lower floors. Kids crying, toilets being flushed, voices, etc. It is as clear as if the guests were all in the same apartment. I could even hear when the guest next door farted while running his bath!!! All the neighbours in the bundling are very noise and the neighbour on the ground floor has 4 noisy cats as well. They were sitting outside crying one day for over 12 hours starting at 5:00 AM! The next day they were fighting in the middle of the night. The other big issue here is the super uncomfortable old mattress. What was once upon a time a mattress topper has now turned into a total mess! A new bed and mattress are in desperate need. The pillow and duvet had urine staines, no bathroom shelf, no kitchen blind, no closet. With a bit of money spent, this apartment could be very nice. It is very clear not much has been put into doing this apartment up, which is a shame. Very basic but cheap basic! The rates are high enough though! Hopefully things will have improved for my next visit.

GBGBGBThe apartment was big enough for a family of three (myself, husband and our toddler) . We made use of the sofa bed, which did the job. The kitchen had all the appliances that we needed, and decent size. It is also located close to Windsor castle and Legoland which was a plus for us. The apartment also had its own parking which was useful. The apartment is quite small but it fit our family of three perfectly.
The TV apps were not working at first, however it was easily fixed a few hours later when we messaged the owners about the problem (seemed to be a network connection issue). We also did have to buy our own hand-wash as it was the only thing that was missing from an otherwise well equipped apartment.
