excellent location quiet in the evening 10-15 mins walk to center of Newquay

our party went in 2 cars but only parking for one vehicle there is some parking in a street around the corner on a first come first park bases but we managed to park every day it didn't spoil any of our holiday enjoyment

Next to building site that started at 7.30am, needs black out blinds/ curtains in back bedrooms, as too light when the sun came out, not enough hot water

The property was spacious and perfect for a family group. The living area was really sociable with the dining, cooking and sofa area all in one place. The location is almost central to Newquay and it’s just a short walk into town.
