"Badly let down by staff"

very well equipped kitchen with unscratched pans, good utensils, dishwasher etc. good light, decent views Good pillow options

Main negative was staff responses: appointed contact insisted we could only enter the apartment day by day with the app, causing some stress, despite the fact there were keys inside (only found out by writing messages via booking) no help at all re parking despite the immense difficulty to stop for even a few seconds. It turned out there was parking with high entry by the hour and day right next door. NB book this on el parking.com for cheapest rate. Not interested in suggestions for improvements. Perhaps worse was we were completely ignored when we said we had left some things behind. In the end we gave up and just rang the bell (the porter was helpful). Cleaner still there when we arrived despite being 1-2 hours later than we had indicated. Given level of cleaning fee, the flat was disappointly dirty in a number of places. Heating system was a nightmare. Uneven room to room (room thermostats appear not to work), almost impossible to switch off (kept switching itself on again. Maybe some program lock was on. It was effective however. App is quite annoying (but probably still better than waiting for a contact).
