Location and renewed apartment

When we cooked the energy went don’t and 100% of the kitchen is electric. It seems that there was an issue if you use more than one electric appliance. The elevator is slow and antigue and most of the times didn’t work.

Extremely clean and good storage space! Location could not be better!

The location was convenient with many nice restaurants and shopping. It is in a very popular area so it can be a bit loud well into the evening. We were generally tired so we went to asleep regardless!!!

There was no A/C and only two fans. We happened to be there during very warm temperatures. So it was quite warm until later in the evening! With the fans it was comfortable!

Central location . Clean apartment

We were on the fourth floor and the lift was temperamental and kept stopping in between floors so we had no confidence in using it . It was a self check in . No person to greet you no personal touch . Basic dishes only three cups and saucers minimal dishes . No air conditioning and very warm .

The location was very convenient. It's in the centre of the town, near restaurants etc, yet easy to walk to the train station in the morning.

1) Instructions to get into the property was very difficult. It came in the form of a video which could not be played. However, the host was fairly quick to respond via WhatsApp; 2) the elevator was not working, and we did not realize the apartment was located on the 4th floor. It was tough carrying luggage up; 3) there was no mosquitoes screens on the windows, and there was no air condition. We did not need the air conditioner, but when we opened the windows, lots of midges came in. Luckily there were non-biting midges (Chironomid species), but still a nuisance.

The management was very bad. They gave us wrong information and had bad communication. I had to get help from a tenant in the complex to talk to a customer service to get info. But the info was wrong lockbox location, after found lockbox, no key inside!). We had to wait about 1 hour to have 2 guys brought the key to us.I had to ask these men helping to get in the apartment. They even had to talk to the customer service few times to find out the right place. Without help form the tenant and these 2 men, we couldn't get in the apartment and settle down.

Location it was central.

It served its purpose.

The location and apartment are wonderful. We had all facilities what we needed during this visit. Very good communication with the owner before and during the visit.
