- Amazing location! - location is easily accessible to the train station- around 7mins and ferry it’s few mins. - All most needed facilities are inside the apartment. - Apartment is very clean and refurbished. - has a elevator it’s perfect in such old buildings. - person in charge is very assistive and they have very nice and easy to understand the web page( will find all information about ferry’s , restaurants and everything around)

The property was generally clean , and in a good central location in COMO.

1. Dark, gory and lengthy entrance process . The elevator is incredibly slow . Probably built a 100 years ago . 2. The bed was extremely uncomfortable . Beds and mattresses require a major upgrade. 3. Everything is self service . Only communication is through WhatsApp messages ?!?! Where is the service ? . Like speaking to AI. 4. It is far too overpriced . Ridiculously expensive for what you are getting .

Great value and location. The place was clean, had a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dishwasher.

The elevator was tiny, slow and finicky, requiring 3 trips to bring up or down out luggage. The hosts were not flexible about checkout time and there didn't seem to be a place to store luggage after checking out. If, like us, you have lots of bags and/or a baby stroller, getting in and out is kind of a chore. This is probably not an issue if you pack light. The bed frame was also missing a few slats.

However, with so many incredible restaurants nearby, I couldn't resist trying some of the local delicacies. Another highlight of my stay was the stunning view from the apartment's balcony. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking vistas of the surrounding mountains and the shimmering lake - a truly unforgettable experience. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional customer service provided by Rent All Como. They were always available to assist me with any inquiries or recommendations, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. In conclusion, the Central & Modern Apartment by Rent All Como exceeded all my expectations, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Como. Whether you are a solo traveler, a couple, or a small group, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty, creating lasting memories of an incredible stay in this charming Italian town.

Could upgrade the place with air condition

Good location, modern furniture and decor. Easy access and good communication with host.

Lacking in basic items like a kettle, only 1 large glass. no wardrobe hangers. Shower was leaking in 2 places, Rainfall shower head too big for shower. No bath towel rail and hand towel rail hanging off wall. No safe. Although we knew there wasnt air conditioning, the fans supplied were grossly inadequate, making the space very very hot.

Very spacious, had all the amenities you require.

Great spot in the centre of Como. Addition of fans was a nice touch considering it was quite hot.

Not much bad to say to be honest. The lift is quite slow so ended up using the stairs.

easy location from the train station and to the lake. good communication with the management team . nice little touches of free pasta, and little basics go get you started

no curtains up at the windows in the bedroom and bathroom just see through voile/netting which limits privacy and light for sleeping air con would have been nice however they did provide fans no kettle or coat hangers, however plenty of wardrobe space

The property is well located within Como piazza and 100 metres to the lake. it had all the facilities you could ask for in an apartment.

The elevator is very slow and requires the person to hold the floor number button for up and down however this would not stop me from staying at the apartment again.
