Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

The space and the view was perfect.

The fact that, we had to find out that some of the facilities mentioned are not available.. We had to call for not working tv remote, oven not working but we never got helped instead ignored

The beds, the bathrooms

WiFi not accessible. Both passwords are incorrect, bedside plugs not working, cockroaches in the draws, jacuzzi is not operational even though advertised with one, aircon leaking onto the floor every 10/15 min, TV was slightly damaged

I loved everything about the room, the sitting arrangement and the bedrooms were exceptional. The kitchen as well as the whole unit was quite pleasant.

It was too far from the beach. Maybe replace the white stand with just one bar stand to put the decoder. The couch on the right hand side was also too low maybe install legs on it.

The host is having a very poor communications. It was hard to get check in instructions. After we have paid the deposit money he failed to give us a refund. He opted to say we owing him money, because of a cigarette, a plate that was left dirty with food?. No rules that said once the apartment gets dirty you wont get your refund 🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️
