Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

What was advertised on the booking was not like it was when we arrived. The jacuzzi hasn’t been working for months. The pool was green not blue. We found cockroaches everywhere , we then communicated with the host and he explained that they do have a roach problem. The pots and pans were old and rusted already, the towels were all bleached and dirty and smelly. They also never informed us about no house keeping. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude on arrival and departure. When we asked when the breakage deposit would be paid after departure they said 24h after it’s been 4 days already and no payment . When we opened the window it almost fell down we had to catch it. Even drawing the curtains open it fell apart. The aircon didn’t work properly as well. All in all we are extremely unhappy about the accommodation and the staff . I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
