The amount of square footage was very good. The porches were nice.

The house smelled like a moldy dog park, so we spent $120.00 usd on cleaning supplies and deodorizing products. We had to microban and fabreeze the house daily. There was only one bathroom. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor when you used it. The toilet reaked with a urine smell that was soaked into the cheap grout, and the toilet wax ring my be leaking urine into the subfloor. The toilet was very small, and the toilet seat would slide around while one was sitting on it to use the toilet. There was mold in the shower and hair in the tub when we arrived. The bathroom door didn't latch completely, so the door would slowly open if anyone walked in the hallway next to the bathroom. I'm 6 foot 4 inches tall, so I could not navigate into the basement area. The basement door didn't have a lock, which posed a security risk. The parking area was extremely limited. Attempting to park each time we reached the house was extremely dangerous because of unimpeded traffic on the service road speeding by the property, combined with a highway exit in front of the property. The driveway was shared, and the driveway opening was very small. If I had been informed that the property was shared, I would not have booked the property with my family. It's not friendly to leave the property to encounter people smoking outside when I have two severely asthmatic people in my group. My family and I will not use this property again in the future.

I loved the rate and convenience to hospital.

Of i had to reluctantly choose a dislike. Only due to knee problems washer and dryer in the basement. But this is personal complaint on my kness.
