Stylish apartment in Walmer (nr Deal&Dover)

Spacious flat with everything that was needed, we enjoyed our stay. Great communication from hosts and easy to find.

A little tired in places. Parking not always easy. Windows could do with a good clean!

Location, size of rooms , comfortable beds and price.

Very spacious, well-furnished, and equipped apartment within easy reach of Walmer castle and beach. Large comfortable bed, lounge with large sofa and smart TV so you can use your own streaming service or Freeview. Reliable WiFi, easy entry via key box, and good communication from owner. Central Deal about 30 minutes walk along the beach footpath, or 5 mins by car/bus. Parking is free, though on-street, but we could always find a space fairly close even at busy times. Fresh milk left in the fridge was a nice touch, thank you.

The shower curtain made it difficult to keep water off the floor from the rainfall showerhead. It was very hot weather during our stay, so a lighter summer-weight quilt would have been more comfortable at night.

Facilities.

The oven's controls were faded and there were no instructions how to use it. There was no plug socket for my phone to recharge on my side of the bed.

Louise is an excellent host. Communication was always quick & most helpful. We stayed over to avoid a long journey to the ferry port in the early morning. It worked very well & would happily stay again.

Nothing it was perfect

Clean & spacious so much better than a hotel. The kitchen had all I could have needed for a longer stay with a fresh pint of milk in the fridge. Thank you.

The parking isn't ideal but there was a space not too far away.
