IEIECould not fault this property, comfortable and clean. Quite location and on street parking. Host was extremely helpful and if we are returning to Belfast we will definitely be staying at this property again 😀

IEIt was near shops and parking was ok , the beds were comfortable but there is alot of work to get done in the house for the price of it very over rated on the pictures on booking .com felt like I was robbed
I didn’t like the dirt in the presses in the bathroom and the couches are very uncomfortable like sitting in a hole, the water was very cold after I had a shower the kids nearly froze the weeds and all the rubbish out the back don’t do the place any justice curtain poles were terrible weren’t even on the walls properly and no blind on the window upstairs to much light in on kids in the morning
GBIEDidn't get this apartment to stay in, given another place to stay which was not in walking distance from where we wanted to be. The only reason we booked here to begin with and cost us alot of money in taxi"s to get into Belfast and back to where accommodation was

IEThe beds were fine and the kitchen was good. We used the emersion to heat the water which worked well. Plenty of towels. TV worked great. Good contact from Tom.
No blind or curtain in the top bedroom is not acceptable in a rented property. The mirrors in each room are so small that they are practically non-existent. Hang the pictures up as opposed to leaning them on the walls. No heating due to no gas, this shouldn't happen when people pay good money to stay in your property. The couches are so old and dirty, you feel like you're on the floor on the yellow one because it is so worn down. I think you can do a lot better than this Tom and if not you should lower your price as it is not up to good standard. Thank you!
