Stylish & Cosy 1 Bed Flat Walk to City Centre

Very comfortable, well facilitated, clean flat in a good location. Everything you need in the kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and furniture.

The front door key needed lots of turning to gain entry, but otherwise everything was great.

Location is perfect.

Weather was hot and there was no ventilator at home. We could not leave the windows open during night due to security concerns since we were in the ground floor.

We could extend our stay until 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

You have to read the PDF carefully. The box to get the keys is on the other side of the street than in the building where you will stay.

Close to town food shops & ferry & cruise terminal. Clean & homely.

Location is great

Did not realize that it is a ground floor and con not open windows. No air. Was some what difficult to enter the flat due to 2 locked doors with old locks that don’t work that great.

The apartment was generally quite spacious and had modern facilities.

For check-in, the host provided a link to a pdf that we were unable to use properly, and didn't provide sufficient additional information or access despite our repeated requests. This led to us being stuck outside the apartment until booking.com customer service intervened. The apartment was also not very clean (lots of flies).

The flat had everything you needed and was comfortable and clean and roomy, a washing machine was a bonus. It was good that it was on ground floor with our luggage.

We got a parking ticket by 15mins.

Location was perfect for exploring Southampton

The flat was obviously part of a building that accommodated students with people coming and going the whole time. The bathroom was full of mould, the whole flat didn’t feel clean (we had to wear our shoes inside as the floor was filthy) horrid smell throughout. On the ground floor with public constantly stopping and looking in.
