Villa Blanca, 6p, detached, private pool and parking

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité avec notre partenaire ainsi qu’avec les supermarchés et les restaurants. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très calme notamment les chambres. La piscine est un vrai plus tout comme la cuisine, très bien équipée.

The property itself is very nice – modern, spacious, and well designed. The private pool (8m x 3m) is a big highlight, and the air-conditioning works perfectly. The place also feels very safe and secure. Lidl is just a 2-minute walk which is super convenient, and Carrefour/Mercadona are only a short drive away.

We understand that this is only a temporary situation, but during our stay there were two active building sites next to the property. One was located at the front, and the other directly beside the garden, which was more disruptive. The work involved roof tiling close to the back fence, which created noticeable noise, some dust and debris, and at times a lack of privacy with builders overlooking the garden. That said, it did push us to get out and explore the area more than usual, which turned out to be a real positive. Without the construction going on, this would be such a lovely spot for a family holiday.

Rent og fint hus og uteområde. Stort og fint basseng, og god uteplass. Store, fine soverom og gode senger. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Veldig kort vei til matbutikk, og mange restauranter i gangavstand fra huset. Ca 20 minutters spasertur til stranda. Veldig hyggelig vert som fikset alt vi trengte hjelp med. Privat parkeringsplass, og i tillegg gode muligheter til gateparkering rett utenfor huset.

Kunne vært flere og mer behagelige solsenger.

Prachtig huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel mooi en schoon zwembad. Handig is de supermarkt schuin tegenover.

La temperatura del exterior es muy buena

We had a lovely relaxing week, the house had everything you would need. The beds were really comfortable & the shutters on each window ensured a good nights sleep. The location was great, a 25 minute stroll down to the beach & the supermarkets over the road were really handy. Local buses were easy to use with lots of locations to go & explore plus the ferry over to La manga was a lovely day out. The garden & pool were in the sun until early evening which was great for sitting out & enjoying the pool. Natalie was extremely helpful & went out of her way to help us when we had a problem with our airport transfer.

Absolutely nothing, we had a great stay
