Prachtige locatie, heerlijk zwembad (wel koud), fijn huis van veel gemakken voor zien. Groot huis. Tegenover de zonsondergang, beter uitzicht kan niet!

Achterstallig onderhoud, zonde van zo'n prachtig huis op toplocatie. Kan meer uitgehaald worden! Een ligbed was gebroken, paar lampen deden het niet, tegeltjes kapot in en rondom het zwembad. Wiel verwarming stuk. Kaal rondom zwembad. Bij regen loopt het water naar binnen, dan erg vochtig in huis. Geen afzuiging in de badkamer. Daardoor handdoeken erg muf.
