San Michele Modern Apartment - con balcone!

Appartement a proximité du centre ville. Très bien équipé. Un balcon avec une jolie vue. Facilité des échanges avec l'hôte.

The furnishings were exceptional

It would have gone a long way if they could have accommodated an early check in. I requested it months in advance and was denied! Our flight arrived in Venice at 8am. And it was raining! We contacted the property several times during the day to try to get into the Apartment early. To no avail we had to wait until 3pm. It was a long day in the rain 😞 Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Excellent location

Modern design, balconies on both sides of the property to catch the sun. Bedrooms a good size with plenty of storage for clothes.

If property was fully occupied and you were cooking for four or more people, then more cooking pots would be required.

There is no elevator but it is very high. There is no parking around. Everything is busy and crowded.

The gas installation is constantly damaged. We were standing in the cold (17 degrees) and without hot water. The hosts do not answer the phone provided. Only SMS are exchanged. A complete mess.

Great location, large, clean and cozy, very modern and stylish. Good communication, self check in/out with lockbox, nice local suggestions.

The pillow is so thin, even two together didn’t make much of it (no extras) such a pity for a stylish apartment like this.

Lively apartment with great location. Everything was perfect.

Centrally placed so ideal for seeing the historic sites.

fourth floor position meant it was a climb so not ideal for infirm visitors.
