The host responded immediately and sent workers to clean the room after my complaint. Although the cleaning could have been done better, I appreciate that they attended to the issue right away. The unit comes with free WiFi, a TV with apps, and even a computer, which was convenient.

One of the room air conditioners was not cooling. After I complained, it was checked immediately, but they were unable to repair it due to a shortage of materials for 3 days. I had no choice but to sleep under the fan. Also, the area under the sofa was not cleaned properly. The air conditioning in both the rooms and living area could be improved, especially during the summer as it wasn’t cooling as well as expected.

It's a comfy place to stay; I had a pleasant time here.

Other than in the bathroom, there isn't a mirror in the living room, so I'm hoping you can add one. It's really hard to check your appearance.
