The fact you got it to your self

Was un clean dirty and heated stoped working Also sink in bathroom was broken shower was filthy and being was old and dirty with yellow marks on

"Nice modern spacious place but was let down by noise from other tenants"

Location was ok and the apartment itself was modern and was spacious.

The other tenant shouting and swearing all night and waking us up and scaring my son. Tv didn’t have live tv which was weird but we managed to watch Netflix etc but not ideal. The area is not the greatest and the bathroom was a little dirty.

"Highly recommend the property, the town, surrounding area and coastline!"

The location! Two great pubs just up the road (The Sun & The Northumberland Arms), and other pubs & clubs (CIU). Lots of places to eat. Good selection of food shops too. Great, expensive but worth it, bakery just round the corner, Glentons. All within a 5 minute walking distance. The old town is only a 10-15 minute walk away also. With more nice pubs, clubs, eateries & shops. Propper old town, with a land time forgot about feel to it, with great, friendly people. Great place to explore the North East & Northumbrian coast and countryside from. Loads of old historic towns and villages, great coast & beaches. Scotland less than an hour up the road. Newcastle city 15-20 minutes down the road. Lovely, very clean & well presented property. With everything you need provided, laundry facilities, towels, kitchen etc...

I had to come home!
