Curățenie, dotări suficiente pentru o ședere de scurta durata, confortabil. Locatie centrala. Market Mega Image în imediata proximitate. Deși poziționat la un bulevard intens circulat, zgomotul nu se auzea la interior - Izolatie fonica destul de bună.
