GBIt was dry and as it was summer it was warm. The washing machine worked ok.
Didn’t like all the steps up and down. Was not aware it was a basement studio! Led to believe it was ground level once inside. The front door was difficult to use as it was bound closed by the carpet. The bathroom was very poor quality the floor being unstable and the toilet sank/moved every time it was used. Shower had mould on the ceiling and the controls of the shower were difficult to regulate, requires replacement, no where to put any showering items. No instructions on how to work TV and not useable unless you have your own passwords.THE Clothes hanger was not fit for purpose as when hanging 2 suit hangers on it totally collapsed. This was replaced 2 days later with a new more robust one that we could use. The washing up sponge had been previously used and was unsanitary. The outside space was not used as it was covered in nettles and knee high weeds. Using the outside space was not an option as we were subjected to secondary inhalation of cigarette or other type of smoked substance from the many flats around and above the studio. There was a tenant directly above us who had a huge ridgeback cross mastiff type dog that was uncontrolled and jump in around banging the floor during the night causing disturbed sleep.

Some parts of the apartment were a bit dated and need a bit of maintenance eg shower (not ideal for someone with young children), windows Some aspects could've benefitted from a deep clean eg mugs, complimentary tea and coffee Entrance door was a little tricky to lock due to no outside lever Thin floorboards and walls - could hear everything particularly up and down the stairs
