GBQuite spacious, good for a family meet up. Allocated parking. Nice sofa in lounge.
The family due to arrive after us had been mistakenly granted access a day early and had already entered the property, this left us with concerns about security / management of property. When we finally got in, bins were already full and towels had been used. The property was also cold (no control for heating) and needs just a little money spending on it to make it a cosier place to stay. E.g. lighting in lounge and mattress protectors. It has the potential to be lovely. However, suggestions made by previous guests do not appear to have been followed up on. The host was quick to offer a refund but we've not received this.

AUVery close to Plymouth railway station but a difficult uphill walk with luggage. Obviously much better on the way back to the station.
Front walkway overgrown with weeds. Someone was supposed to be there to let us in. No-one there so texted owner who provided wrong code for the key safe. Re-contacted owner for correct code. Finally got access to building after 35 minutes. Then had to climb multiple sets of stairs with heavy luggage to reach our rooms. No working bedside lamp in front room. Carpeted areas need steam cleaning. Living area ceiling light fixture reflects into the TV making watching TV difficult.

Carpets were dirty and stained. Window blinds were faulty: lounge had a broken draw rod; bedroom had no cord to raise and lower. Oven nerd cleaning - made the room smell when switched on. Not enough glassware for four people.
