Hedges at the front of the property had not been cut for some time restricting the small car park space and path. Other residents parked on pavement opposite the driveway meaning we had to shunt in and out to park or leave the house. Back garden was good space but unusable as overgrown and no outside seating. Some light bulbs not working and one kitchen socket was not working. Beds were poor quality and double bed was collapsed on one side causing my wife to fall out in the night. Very basic kitchen , oven poor, no baking trays, no cheese grater or glasses other than wine glasses.

Location was good, close to the town and easy to get around. On the whole the place was clean and tidy. We ate out a lot of had takeaway which was good as the kitchen was not stocked to be able to cook a family meal. It’s in a quiet area.

Similar to some other reviews there was mould in the shower and some of the upstairs windows. We had to buy a door bolt key for the front door as it was missing (the locks were there) to be able to properly lock it otherwise the door just pushed closed. We left it for the next people staying to use. Disappointing that there was no ability to watch tv, was looking forward to watching Christmas tv back in the UK!
