3 BEDROOMED CARAVAN WITH AMAZING SEA VIEWS!

The lounge felt spacious. The view from the decking across to filey was lovely. Large, clean fridge freezer was good.

As other reviews have said, the main bedroom has a smell of cigarette smoke. The kitchen utensils were a random collection, some definitely needing replacing (cracked, stained spatula, rusted grater & frying pan whose non-stick had been worn off a long time ago) The location of the caravan is great for access to the beach & views, but it's also a busy road into the site with buses and delivery lorries, traffic noise starting from 5.30am

The facilities in the property were great, bedding provided, toilet roll, washing up liquid and utensils. Cordless hoover for quick cleaning. Two tables with chairs outside on the veranda. Very hot running water and a powerful shower. Property has a lovely view of the sea and a short walk to the beach and close to on site bar and food outlets. Owner is very responsive on messages

It was a great location on site ..not far from the beach. Lots of places to visit around

Lovely location and fabulous facilities. Wish we had stopped longer.

Mattress on double bed was a little too hard for me. But that was personal preference.
