Lokalizacja, miejsce parkingowe, kontakt z wlascicielami, dobrze rozłożone mieszkanie.

Woda pod prysznicem wylewa się z brodzika. Drzwi do głównej łazienki się nie zamykają. Widok z balkonu jest bardziej na sąsiadów niż na morze. W jednym z pokoi jest toaleta połączona z miejscem do spania, brak drzwi, zero intymności. Meble na balkonie są za duże, nie ma swobody przechodzenia. Stołki barowe są za wysokie, nie można wygod ie siedzieć przy wyspie kuchennej.

The instruction were clear and access to the apartment via the lift was great. The apartment and bedrooms were spacious and the deck gave us an extra area to utilise. The added bonus of the washing machine was perfect. It was close to shops and the supermarket ‘Superdinos’ just turn left out the gate and walk about 5 mins has delicious pastries and a good selection of many other items. Great access to the beach also. Parking was wherever you found a space. If you park on the side road there is an access gate there also.

Apartamentul nu are elementele specifice unui adevarat penthouse, ci este doar un apartament la etajul 7 construit, ca și configurație, ca toate celelalte apartamente al unui bloc, construit sub forma de "U" unde este mult zgomot ca efect de "pâlnie" al acestui tip de construcție. Are vedere laterala la ocean dar numai dacă te apleci peste balustrada SI NICIDECUM SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW. În interior pereții de la intrare ai primului dormitor sunt afectați serios de umezeala iar mobilierul de la bucătărie are zone de exfoliere unde s-a acumulat praf. Cu o minima investiție s-ar ridica nivelul acestui apartament. Nu au fost pături suficiente în apartament pentru situațiile în care nopțile sunt mai răcoroase așa cum s-a întâmplat în cazul nostru. Am solicitat gazdei dar răspunsul a fost ca nu se pot da altele în afara de cele existente ! Nu aș mai repeta experienta din aceasta locație.
