Stylish 5 Person Flat in Vibrant Urban Area

location is good, enough space for 5 adults except bathroom

Good location, near to lots of cafes bars restaurants etc.

On the third floor so have to carry bags (they did warn us prior to arrival). Bathroom is tiny so for large flat can be tricky with 5 people. Parts of flat feel a bit tired , accepting it’s an older property

The location is central, two large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, quiet.

Small bathroom, not too comfortable to shower as the whole floor gets wet.

The apartment was in a really good location, a 10 min walk from the central train station and Metro. Bedrooms and living area are a good size.

Bathroom was really too small with no separate toilet. So for 4 adults it wasn’t ideal. There was a lingering smell of sulphur in the apartment. Also not enough toilet roll was provided for the length of the stay. It would have been a nice touch to have some kind of tea or coffee available.

We realy liked the location. It is near metro and train station and if you want to walk, it’s also not far from everything important to see. You also have nice bars, caffes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

What created a problem for us was the too small bathroom and the lack of a shower cabin. there were 5 of us adults, so the whole bathroom was already under water after the first shower. also, there is no shelf where you can store basic things. Main gate was broken so we got traped on our first day in the yard as well.

Good location, spacious inside, 10 mins walk from station with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. We had an issue with the key code for the property which was resolved promptly by the owners, with easy communication.

Beware the flat is on the third floor, up about 60 steps.

This was a comfortable appartement close to the center of the city. It was nicely decorated and it was up to our expectations. It was on the third floor without an elevator so it is not so convenient for people in bad health, especially if you have suitcases to carry up the stairs, but it is fine for families or young people. The parking options nearby are limited, but for us it worked fine to park in a parkinggarage 300m (q-park Codanhus) up the road and for our one day stay that turned out quite affordable. The bathroom was rather small and it was almost impossible to shower without getting the toilet wet, but the shower itself worked fine and all in all it worked well.

The location was excellent and the property was a great size for our family of five, including a baby. It was wonderful to have a crib and high chair available. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from, and the short walk to the train and metro made it easy to get in and out of the city.

The dishwasher tray was missing a wheel, so difficult to use. A dustpan/brush would be helpful to keep the kitchen clean.
