South Philly Extended Stay- 1 Block to Pats Steaks

The location was wonderful, not far from anything. It's everything you need.

The location is fantastic, it's on a fairly quiet residential street with Cartesian Brewery just downstairs if you fancy a drink on the way out...or in! Just up the road are Pat's and Geno's cheesesteak sandwich shops, more bars, restaurants and desert shops than you can shake a stick at. A 40 minute walk north and you hit the city centre with loads of museums and sights to walk off the cheesesteak. The property itself is spacious, clean, homely and well presented. I could go on but the bottom line is you won't be uncomfortable and you won't go hungry or thirsty!

It was very clean and the location was amazing. The lyft to the Wells Fargo center was quick. My communication from the host was great upon my arrival. The location is walking distance from late night eats! I've been to Philly many times but this is my first apartment/condo and I would definitely do this location again.

Pristine, newly redone apartment, well-supplied, fabulous location, great communication, easy check-in/out.

The water pressure in the rain shower head was feeble, though it was fine in the hand-held part of the shower -- we notified management, which was very apologetic and will certainly correct this small glitch quickly. Otherwise, a great stay!
