The only minor thing was the sound of the floor in the hallway. But it did not affect our rest.

USWas here for a conference at uni, and approachability to the conference was amazing (5 mins bus and 20 mins by walking). You can also use the washer, dishes and cutlery here, which was very convenient for someone traveling internationally with minimum bags. The host David was also considerate and very responsive.
