"Superb"

The location is just perfect! The very centre of the city, close to market, cannels, museums, and Forum shopping mall. We also liked the view out of balcony - we drank coffee in the morning, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

The planned checkout time was 12:00 PM. Surprisingly, at 10:50 we have received an SMS message, saying that we should leave by 11:00. So, we had only 10 minutes (instead of 1hour) to get all the stuff and leave. It was totally unprofessional.

Ótima localização, apartamento completo de utensílios. Proprietário fez contato com antecedência, sendo atencioso e esclarecedor! Confortável e limpo! Kitnet Composto por quarto, banheiro, cozinha e varanda mobiliada , não tem sala.
