Perfekt läge mitt i stan och samtidigt väldigt nära strand. En sidogata från restauranger och barer med turister och puls men lugnt precis vid lägenheten. Rent och fräscht. AC på övervåningen, Det fanns alla bekvämligheter i köket och liten balkong att hänga ut blöta badkläder och handdukar på. Ny och lättmanövrerad tvättmaskin. Lugn trappuppgång och trevliga grannar. Lägenheten är precis vid nattöppna barer vilket innebär att man hör musik/dunk under nätterna i lägenheten men inget problem för oss då vi var helt inställda på det. Trevlig och tillmötesgående hyresvärd.

Hade det varit en riktig dörr till toaletten (nu skjutdörr vilket gick ok eftersom vi är en familj), något bättre säng på övervåningen (skön, men man rullade in mot mitten), en nyare fläkt och om det hade funnits en dammsugare (vi sopade)- så hade boendet varit "helt perfekt" :-).

There’s a nightclub next door that wouldn’t allow me to sleep, some nights music was playing till 6am , the bed was making noise also

There is music every night till 4/5 am

Two bedroom meant lovely and spacious apartment for our few days in CasCais. All amenities taken care of. Including all kitchen items, coffee, tea and welcome snacks. Thank you to the team who manage the property. They were fantastic.

There was some renovations taking place at the time and that was a little noisy in the day. We were also not expecting the noise in the evening from the disco / bars which were an issue for as as we are light sleepers. There are other apartments thru the agency to consider that are then not in the centre. Which we would consider if we stayed again.

Location is at the heart of Cascais, 10 minutes walking from train station, close to all fancy beaches and restaurantes. Auchan Supermarket 12 minutes walking and provides all you need to stay comfortably at this property

As it is located at the heart of Cascais you may expect some construction work around, with some noise during day time. There are some night clubs with loud low frequency bass, which can be heard during your sleep, in case you are light sleeper, otherwise after a full day of beach and strolling activities you would sleep well. Stairs from one room to another could be better designed, the first step is short and easy to miss, be careful with that, and the suggestion for the administration is to re-think the first and second steps of the stair to accommodate better the feet when going down.
