"Great family apartment close to city centre"

Great location on the riverside with parking right outside. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It had everything we needed for a young family and was child friendly inside the apartment. We were a bit worried about the double bed based on previous reviews but can confirm it has a new and comfortable mattress! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sun set in the evenings too.

"Adequate apartment to park the car, walk into Lincoln, and stay a night."

Fantastic location. Had own car park space outside door to apartments. WiFi fine. Instant hot water. Good to have towels, drying-up cloth, washing up liquid and sponge. Games, books, and CDs available. Great view of canal from 3rd floor flat.

Trip hazard carpet to lounge. Unusable balcony as it was waterlogged. Main bedroom windows hard to open and close, and double glazing ‘blown’ and full of condensation. No hooks/no-where to hang towels and clothes in bathroom or bedrooms. Only mirror was in bathroom - unusable after first person has showered. Need mirror in bedroom(s). Shower tray drain was not at lowest point- so water ‘ponded’. Double bed incredibly creaky, and needed to fold the pillows to be comfortable. Only one bedside cabinet in master bedroom - no other table/surface etc, and no chair(s). Not a good view of Lincoln.

Great location, great communication through the owner. Couldn’t really get better value for money for area :)

The main double bed wasn’t overly comfortable, but the day bed was very comfortable. More towels could have been provided as we were a large group.

"Convenient location, spacious apartment"

The apartment had everything we needed for one night stay.It is located in a nice, quiet part of the city. Free parking is a bonus. About 10 min walk from the centre.

"Nice hidden gem, would reccomend."

The property was in a great location, and it was very clean and had good appliances to use.

The bed in the main bedroom wasn’t too comfortable for two people as you just kept rolling in on it (possible old mattress) so one of us decided to sleep on the sofa.
