Views from the apartment were fantastic and location was superb. Each room had french doors that led onto the wrap around balcony. The host was easily contactable and was very helpful with any issue we had, albeit, we didn't have many...only where the apartment was and kettle.

No air conditioning in the apartment, there were fans though.
