Problem to get the key! No one picked up my call when I urgently need support. Eventually I need to go to nearby hotel and no service can enjoy from this property. The property owner keep saying i didnt mentioned my late arrival. However, i am just expecting he/she can pick up my call and solve my problem only. I trust this is quite basic request!!
