CAWe loved our stay here and we're very happy with the location. After arriving it didn't take long to see how clean the apartment was which was very nice after a long day of travel. They also had a small pack ready with garbage bags dish soap towels etc. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as it was very comfortable. We were here with our 20 month old and he loved the space and location. Very happy to be able to safely walk the streets and explore. I recommend Ciutat to anyone single, couple, or small family.
We would stay here again anytime. There was nothing that we didn't like.
FRAppartement truffé de cafards nous avons dû écourter notre séjour et quitter le logement en pleine nuit. Le gestionnaire nous a remboursé les nuits non effectuées mais à refuser la prise en charge du supplément que nous avons dû payer pour nous reloger en urgence. Malgré plusieurs tentatives de discussions.
ESHabían cosas rotas cuando llegamos. El retrete funcionaba mal, el tendedero estaba roto, y la puerta del trastero donde estaba, no estaba muy bien

Hier kan de verhuurder niks aan doen maar naast een appartement waren allemaal jonge lui en dat was abnormaal zo luidruchtig alsof ze bezeten waren en onder invloed van alles en nog wat

GBThe location, right in the middle of old city, so within walking distances to many attractions of the old city. The apartment had nice tiles on the floor and it was clean to a reasonable standard. The view from the bedroom balcony was decent.
Getting into the apartment was a nightmare, on the first day. You have to use an App to get in, which the company exclusively said you don't need to do and could use other methods. well other methods didn't work..The owner wasn't very helpful and wasn't showing any sense of urgency. In terms of the accommodation itself, the AC is in the corridor and main bedroom only. The view from the balcony in the living room is poor(massive bins and old disused building). Very basic furnishings and we have stayed in youth hostels in UK!There was no hand washing soap in the toilet!!There is one bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror and no extractor fan!!No mirror anywhere else in the whole property!Even the toilet rolls weren't provided, not enough for our stay by any standard. 2-3 leftover rolls from previous stay were left there in the bathroom. Once we checked in, we had to go shopping for basic amenities that you would expect to find in an apartment that is charging well over £200 for a night's stay!
