Location is exceptional, central to the city, very easy to get around, 2 queen beds were good clean and comfortable. The property was clean and well presented.

The 3rd bed was a futon, which was fine it was just not clear based on the description online. There were also crumbs and dust in the crevasse when you convert the futon into a bed. We were surprised that there was no air-conditioning whatsoever. There was two pedestal fans but this was not sufficient, particularly given the 5 of us were spread across 3 separate rooms. The fridge didn't work, our host emailed us during our first evening there to check if it was working, which was lucky because we had put food in there to keep for the stay and wouldn't have realised before it went bad. I emailed back and forth with the management of the property to see if we could remedy it. Initially they offered to have someone come repair it, but as we would all be only at the accommodation to sleep, there was no suitable time for repair, and we were not comfortable with having someone come into the property while we were not there, we were unable to have this fixed. As mentioned I emailed back and forth with the host, they advised they would be in touch once they had heard back from management. As it was Easter at the time I assumed any response would be delayed. During the second night of our stay a painting fell off the wall as well, the self adhesive hooks had come unstuck. This wasn't an issue to us however. After I notified management this morning that this would be my final follow up, they issued a $50 refund for the inconvenience and sent no correspondence. All told this took 11 days for a resolution. Correspondence from the host left a lot to be desired and I'm not overly satisfied with the resolution but I've wasted enough time on this. Unfortunate really because if the fridge was working I would have only had good things to say about the place.

Loved the comfort of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and also the location ...very central. Will visit again

The location was good once you found how to enter the apartment. Which was extremely difficult to do. I do not recommend arriving late at night. The apartment was super clean and comfortable and central to Newmarket, once you know where it is.

We had a really hard time finding the apartment late at night after delayed flights which definitely spoilt our stay. It took many phone calls till we could reach someone to help, the address details provided definitely need to be updated. The TV does not have local channels so you can't watch the news which would have been handy for us.

Great, convenient location nearby to public transport, shops and eateries. Easy to access and well sized. Comfortable beds and great showers. The TV was modern and had a Chromecast for easy streaming. Was a great home away from home.

No aircon but fans and heaters made up for that when needed. Oven is small and slow to heat, and the dryer sounded rather sad when we tried to use it.

The check in experience. Difficult to find the key box with the instructions provided. Only one set of keys for a 2 bedroom. Really inflexible online checkin portal and security deposit payment.

Great location; well equipped, warm, clean, roomy, quiet in spite of being close to rail line. We would certainly use again now we are familiar with the place. Very close to great restaurants, shops and transport. Locals friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had great difficulty locating the apartment after finding the key. A map would have been useful. We are new to Auckland and ended up in the wrong Wilsons Car Park. The TV was good for Netflix and Utube, but couldn't get live tv, not even Freeview. No instructions for TV. No indication of where the rubbish room was. I haven't received the refund I was told I would get
