the house contents were all new, clean plenty of, towels, tea coffee sugar toilet rolls kitchen roll
nothing, only small things, ie the shower head was loose, but the water was hot, just was careful with the shower head, the fabric of the building ie wall wardrobe was small amount showing signs of wear,
