Great price, good wifi, my nieces enjoyed the food found on the street, the Host was super helpful when we had difficulty finding the property. He was also helpful to address any concerns/questions.

For us, we had difficulty finding the property, but this is where the Owner's representative was way above-average in assisting, meeting us at our other hotel to fetch us and get my wife's family to the property

Nice host. I get free transport from the airport when I arrive. The place is not far from SM and downtown. Many places for food and a fruit market nearby. Private entrance. .

Many huge cockroaches, ants. Bad neighborhood, many strange people, and drug addicts. Some of my guests have been living there before, so they told me. Not cleaning my room for 30 days, which I found when I arrived, is not specified in the description or policy. No Wifi for 30 days, they said, because typhoon PLDT is not working, but supposed to bring me something different as Globe. So the TV was not working either, not even on regular channels, because no TV antenna. The host is difficult to reach on WhatsApp or Booking messages; they answer after a few days sometimes. Noisy, even I asked to cover both windows after the first night, feeling like sleeping outside. I paid 40 K for 30 days only because most condos in downtown Bacolod have a very strict policy about guests, but if you don't have many guests, you can easily find a new condo under this price, all bills included, most give a minimum of 20% discount for 30 days.

the place is central.i recommend this place.i tried prolong my booking but someone had booked it already.so good was it.

Clean and close to Mercado

Great communication with the owner Cris. The house is like a home, not a hotel room. Jeepneys, buses and tricycles pass right outside the gate.

The road outside the house is busy but for me it's ok.

Maayo kaayo location. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and short pedicap ride to SM Mall Bacolod and BAMC.

The little house looks comphy inside n outside but it is faced directly at a street. So its quite noisy. But maybe the sweet and very kind owners will manage something. They are very helpful and really kind.
