Trendy Escape ◉ California King bed awaits!

It was easy to get on and off the highway. There were laundry facilities, but no detergent. The mattresses were comfortable. It was spacious inside.

It felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the host had no communication skills. The outside of the property is a mess, it looks like a trap house and the driveway is gravel with potholes and huge stone pavers blocking access to the driveway at the front of the home. The host never responded to us when we asked about parking and how to make the AC turn on, which it was VERY hot inside the unit. However, he did manage to ignore our messages while sending one regarding checkout, stating that we’d be charged $75 if we didn’t check out on time. The floors were absolutely disgusting. My socks turned black walking on the floors and I had to scrub my feet in the tub before leaving because they were so dirty from walking on the floors for five minutes while getting ready. There was no detergent for the laundry machine. The towels shedded so much and got fuzzies everywhere. There were pencil shavings on the floor in one of the bedrooms.

Not very clean, people in the unit behind us were smoking weed all the time. The property next door looked like a junkyard and they have an alarm that went off every few minutes all night long

The cleanliness and homey feeling of the room. It was in a great location to the concert we were seeing.

Second stay was good.

It was a used wash cloth left in the shower and towel hanging on back of the bathroom door. It's kinda hard to press the lock code...was getting stuck a little... other than that no complaints...

The property was great. It was close by a gas station, Dunkin’ Donuts, and a fast food spot.

The property bathroom did not work. I would flush the toilet and water would rise instead of going down. The first night I had to leave and use Bojangles restroom.
