Un apartament curat, cu tot ce îți trebuie. Foarte aproape de Mall Coresi, cu loc de parcare. Foarte prompți la tot ce am mai avut nevoie.

Din păcate, lucru foarte deranjant, nu am primit apartamentul rezervat. Apartamentul în care am stat nici nu era în pozele din rezervare. Suntem obișnuiți, la Booking, ca ceea ce rezervam sa și primim. Cred ca acest lanț Cozy, ar trebui sa își revizuiasca modul de abordare pe Booking. E păcat sa scadă nota pentru acest lucru.

"Dezamagitor per total!"

Am rezervat apartamentul acesta impreuna cu sotul si 2 copii mici dar am primit altul. Dupa rezervare ne-au trimis o alta adresa de la un alt apartament, in care era un miros intepator de fum de tigara. Dupa check-in si plata, am fost rugati sa anulam rezervarea de pe Booking ca sa isi poata lista iar oferta de cazare pentru apartamentul rezervat de noi, pe care nu l-am primit! Atasez poza cu canapeaua arsa de tigara si mizerabila.
