How we keep getting the owner three day notices to pay their rent.

Upon arrival, I was too early to check in however the staff, knowing how important my first day was, made every effort to accommodate me. Went about and beyond. They were even available at 5:00 am.

This was mostly college students. The very quiet type. I had my children and dog with me that just want used to the additional traffic you would normally see living in a condo situation. She’s used to a house. But they were very quiet, we were the problem.

The location and the facilities were well kept.

Cleanliness of the apartment and the maintenance can be better but the issues were not that bad that it affected our stay.

I like the we was at home

Just alot of cigarettes butt on the balcony.

The pool. Service from Veronica.

Water pressure is awful. The couch was tore up. Weed containers in drawers. Beds were uncomfortable. No TVs In rooms. The blinds are garbage and broken.
