Big central apartment w/ a view and parking

Nothing. It looked very pretty in the photos. How DECEPTIVE!!!!

It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. We walked in and smelled and saw the DAMP on the peeling walls. The electric power plugs and electric wiring were loose, exposed and highly dangerous. The whole place was extremely DIRTY. It was profoundly unsuitable for our three generation family. We could not stay in such a foul place so left after ten minutes, having tried to contact the owner - no response of course. We had to stay in a hotel and a short term rental, which cost a Hugh extra expense for the five nights we had booked at ‘Big Central Apartment’ It was clearly very downmarket student accommodation that the owner thought they could make big money from in the Uni holidays. Booking.Com say they have tried to get a full refund for our stay and the deposit from the owner without success. They have however given us 15% of the full fees paid in vouchers!! We know from experience that Air BnB would do a much better for customers in such circumstances.

The place is spacious and reasonably clean with good facilities.

The arrangement to access the property is a hassle as we could not shelter ourselves from the heavy rain while trying desperately to get help. Not familiar to the system here.

Mieszkanie niby ładne, ale bardzo zaniedbane. Sprzątane tylko "z wierzchu", w szafkach zostawione jedzenie, nawet spleśniały chleb... Na schodach, korytarzu i w pralni pełno śmieci, jakby nie było zamiatane od miesiąca, rozsypany proszek do prania. Na balkonie popękane kafelki, mech, dziurawe schody do ogrodu, wyłamany zamek w furtce. Brak stołu! Posiłki trzeba jeść z talerzem pod brodą albo zginać się w pół przy stoliku kawowym. Bardzo mała łazienka. Zdjęcia pokoi w ofercie to wizualizacje.

Compare price good accommodation. Neat and clean
