Spacious 1BR with Parking in Quiet Area

Todo habría sido perfecto si la recogida de llaves fuera más cerca del alojamiento, no hubiéramos tenido que cruzar medio Oporto.

O espaço tem tudo o que é necessário para a estadia. A localização, cordialidade dos funcionários do apartamento e a comunicação com a empresa que administra o espaço foi muito boa.

O apartamento precisa de algumas manutenções pelo tempo, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Um detalhe importante é que o apartamento não bate sol, o que o torna extremamente frio.

I liked the information provided at booking.com, but it did not correspond to reality.

Everything. First I had the information someone would meet me at the property to provide me with the keys to the apartment. Instead, I had to go to another location in the city, and I only got the information a few hours before. To get the keys to the apartment felt like a treasure hunt, to which I had no time. When I finally arrived at the apartment, the beds were not ready for me and my family. Only the main bed was prepared. I started getting the bedsofa ready (which was not the same as the one in the photos I saw in booking), and it was full of animal hair, disgusting. I immediatelly communicated the issues to the property manager, including the microwave being dirty, and only the next day someone came. In the meantime I had to ask friends for help so I could prepare beds for my kids (mattresses and bedding). I should have left the apartment that instant, but it was late and we were tired. My younger kid who was exhausted, just needed warm milk and to be brought to bed. The next morning a team of cleaning ladies came only to vacuum the animal hair for 10 min. (no additional care) and clean the microwave. I had complained about the bathroom being full of mould, which my kids were always in contact everytime they used the bathroom, and nothing was done. Slowly I noticed more things which were wrong with the apartment and the discomfort was so strong I decided to leave the booking earlier. The dishwasher was damaged, some dishes were stored dirty, the central heating system didn‘t work, there was only a small heating device, the remote for the TV had the batteries exposed with the lid missing, the toilet seat was broken, when we took the trash out, the container underneath the bag was dirty with mould, the freezer also had mould.. No refund was made available. Long story short, the apartment wasn‘t well taken care of, and the hygiene conditions were terrible.

Estaba limpio y era muy amplio.

Le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, la cama y el sofá no eran nada cómodos. La llave no estaba preparada para recogerla.
