We had a fantastic experience on our Nile cruise! The boat was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and the food was consistently delicious. But what truly made our trip unforgettable was Mr. Sayed. He made us feel completely safe and at ease the entire time. He was always available, patiently answering my endless questions, and went above and beyond to organize amazing private tours and knowledgeable guides for my husband and me. One of the highlights was our trip to Abu Simbel—it was absolutely worth the extra charge and something we’ll never forget. Thanks to Mr. Sayed, everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you’re considering this cruise, don’t hesitate—you’re in excellent hands and can fully relax and enjoy your time in Egypt.

Incredible nile cruise!!! Sayed helped us plan our tours, and he provided guides and transportation to the sites. He had exceptional communications and was clear with daily itineraries. Before our arrival and throughout the entire trip, he was in constant contact with us to ensure all our needs were met and to plan the next days. We were on Le Fayan boat. We had rooms with stunning view at the front of the boat. All the guides showed up on time, picked us up from the boat and had great knowledge of Egyptian history, and were extremely pleasant and hospitable. At the end of the cruise ship, we had the pleasure of meeting Sayed in Luxor, who invited us for a sunset boat on the nile, which was lovely. He even helped us organize transportation the next day on our departure from Luxor. Would highly recommend this tour and agency to anyone looking for an unforgettable nile cruise!!!

We stayed on the Lady Carol cruise. Nice boat and beautiful large room with a balcony overlooking the Nile. The food was good and diverse. There were always snacks available between meals as well. Staff were attentive and friendly. Mr Sayed was fantastic in organising everything for us - from tour guides (included in the price) to additional tours (Abu Simbel and Luxor Hot Air Balloon) and transportation to our next location. Our guides were very knowledgeable and made the temple visits even better. They clearly knew the subject - from previous experience in Cairo, not all guides before our trip started were this good or qualified. Due to the extreme heat and tight schedule to get the boat on the move, you will usually have 4/5am starts in the morning (to avoid the heat), so be prepared for this. You will get the rest of the day on the boat to enjoy! All in all don’t miss out on this incredible experience, made smoother by Mr Sayed!

The pool is quite small and hard to use as always full of kids - but this is only a minor detail. For once in Egypt, we didn’t feel pressed to tip every single person on the boat at every single interaction. Instead we were did at the end of the trip. Reminder that you’re expect to tip every driver and your guide. I could tell they weren’t so happy when a couple tipped “less than expected”. We always felt pressured to tip and being on a moving cruise without ATM, it’s not exactly easy to withdraw cash so do plan for this. Given how much we pay for this experience (above price compared to other boats) I truly hope the boat staff and tour guides/drivers get paid a decent wage on the back of it. Lastly, I felt like the entertainment on the boat was lacking or was too late in the evening. Given that most people had early tours in the morning (4/5am start) it would be nice to start the entertainment earlier.

Sayed was incredibly kind and was always aware of our needs and comfort. He really makes the difference in the experience, communication was always fluent and everything went right on schedule. All the tour guides were amazing, especially Mahmoud and Asma, but all of them were always trying to keep us really comfortable.

We booked the cruise through Mr. Sayed who was always very responsive and flexible to accommodate our requests. It was a truly great experience!

Our adventure began, having been picked up by a private taxi and Mary, our private guide. Mary was fabulous, impressively knowledgeable, warm and witty. After visiting Philae temple complex, which included a pre arranged private boat charter, we were whisked to the mooring of the Royal Viking, whilst enjoying Mary’s inciteful running commentary. We were accompanied by Mary on board to smooth our reception experience. We were delighted with the floating accommodation, plush comfort meets style and elegance. This theme was replicated throughout the cruise, from the friendly and approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a little niggle with our WiFi, within the hour of reporting our situation, Mr Sayed had organised for Mary to supply us free of charge with a prepaid SIM card : problem? what problem? The food and service were both excellent At the beginning of each scheduled Temple tour we were met on board by our private guide and taxied privately to the intelligently planned excursions. Plenty to see but not an over ambitious schedule. All of the private guides kept up Mary’s quality and treated us to iced bottled water whenever a thirst came upon us. On our final day, after checking out of the floating accommodation and a morning’s full and (sadly) final visits, we were finally united with Mr charm and warmth himself, Mr Sayed, who treated us to a private Felluca (sail boat) experience, he even brought a westerly wind to send us southwards, the river Nile gently lapping against the hull in the warmth of the afternoon sun. The crew couldn’t have been more convivial. We were sad to leave our Aswan-Luxor experience. Of course, we were accompanied to the airport by Mr Sayed and another one of his charming and very skilful drivers.

The cruise along the Nile is absolutely unforgettable. The crew of the MS La Traviata was amazing, friendly and made our stay comfortable and overall enjoyable. Organization by Sayed was impeccable, he was always incredibly polite, accommodating to our needs and keeping in touch during all steps of the planning and execution of the trip. The tours and guides were also very good, knowledgeable, friendly and always on time which was very appreciated.
