"A relaxing & comfortable stay with our family of 12 at a beautiful and nearly private beach."

Outdoor space was great. Plenty of room to spread out and relax oceanfront. Plenty of furniture, and water access for rinsing. Plentiful towels, dishes, condiments and storage space. Well stocked and clean. Great beach. Very private. We had a great time with our kids & grandkids.

Some repair issues are necessary. Main refrigerator needs to have sliding storage drawer replaced. It’s broken and difficult to use. Blinds in bunk room were broken and unsightly. Some other minor maintenance issues need attention- but are due to harsh weathering of the oceanfront environment.
