Casa con encanto y terraza junto a la playa

The location was excellent. Near the beach. Good transport links throughout the city. Lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area. Quiet pedestrian street with no through traffic. Small supermarket nearby. Excellent modern bathroom with 'new' washing machine. Kitchen provided all facilities that were needed.

Problems with hot water upon arrival. Adjusted isolating valves to obtain hot water in all locations except bathroom sink - valve seemed to be seized and we were afraid of causing damage (so only cold water in bathroom sink throughout week). Smell of 'sewage' was noted upon arrival and occasion of our return each day (after the property had been closed for a while). Was advertised as three bedrooms but only one was a good size double with a single downstairs for a child. Third 'bedroom' appeared to be a sofa bed in alcove in upstairs hallway, also the cushions/mattress appeared to have been removed and the wood and metal frame could not be slept on. We used the sofas downstairs.

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful apartment in Valencian & modern style, very good facilities, great location. Close to the beach, bakery, shops, restaurants,buses and metro. Supportive and helpful owner. I will definitely come back.
