USThe staff were cheerful and helpful. They were always courteous.
The first thing that happened was my wife opened the bi-fold closet door and the door fell on her. Maintenance was fairly prompt with the repair but he did not repair it properly. The top of the closet door fell out of the track every time you opened it. The floors were absolutely filthy. It turned our feet black within a few minutes walking around. The backsplash over the kitchen sink started to peel off the was. I stuck it back onto the wall but I’m sure it will happen again.

USThe room was okay.
A/c didn’t work the first two nights, I contacted the host each day of my stay and I didn’t get a response til the last night and even then the host never replied. The elevators suck ! I waited 30 minutes . I checked in at 4 they gave me keys and when I got to my room it was still being cleaned.
