Comfortable and pleasant apartment

The apartment was cute and cozy. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen and what I liked a lot was a clean fridge.

The apartment is very comfortable, large and quiet. It was very easy to to locate the apartment and pick up the keys. I had a meeting in the nearby location and it was nice to stay in a quiet part of Ljubljana. Not too far from the city centre, I find this apartment very nice and I will probably book it again when I am in Ljubljana.

It took me a while to figure out the wifi password, but it worked fine when I got detailed instructions from the host. They were very kind and patient and helped me to sort it out.

The property was great, very clean and had everything we needed.

The location was rather far out of the city which wasn’t advertised. The host also had poor communication and wouldn’t release check-in details before 4pm even though I said I wouldn’t have phone reception which is so rude. I also asked to check out an hour later and they said I could for €25 which is obscene. Finally they refused to communicate through booking.com and pushed me to their 3rd party app which was hard to use and clunky. Overal house was great but the host was bang average.

Big bathtub, washing machine. It comes with its own parking place. The recycling bins are close, it has good public transport connections. The place is pretty spacious for 4 people. The fridge was clean.

There were no kitchen towels, the kitchen is fairly well equipped but there were not a single kitchen towel.

Nice and quiet location, spacious and ideal for family with kids. Good access to basic needed facilities such as super market, playing ground, bud stops, etc. Walking distance to the train station and inner city.

Could have been more cleaner. Utensils seems to have gathered dust.
